Emotional Intelligence (EI) refers to a distinct combination of emotional and social skills and competencies that influence our overall ability to cope effectively with the demands and pressures of work and life.​ Backed by over 20 years of research, the EQ-i 2.0 is proven in validity and reliability.

Designed for use in a wide variety of coaching and development situations and work settings, the EQ-i 2.0 focuses on the impact of emotional intelligence at work and offers suggestions for working more effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and clients.

The EQ-i 2.0 assessment evaluates skills in the areas of self-perception, self-expression, interpersonal skills, decision making, and stress management.

Your assessment answers and results are confidential. Your report will be delivered directly to you by email and the only person who will see your results will be Kelly Morrow Baez, PhD. Following your assessment, you will be invited to book a one-on-one feedback and coaching conversation with her about your results. This conversation will be scheduled for one hour and, just like your results, it will be completely confidential.

To take the EQ-i 2.0 Assessment:

  • Please complete your contact information and send it to us.
  • Once submitted, we will send you a link to take the EQ-i 2.0 assessment.
  • Once you have completed the assessment (about 15-20 minutes to complete), we will reach out to you to schedule your debrief and collect payment.
  • We will send you your results within 24 hours of your scheduled debrief.

Group Assessments

Used when an organization wishes to work on team-level strategies as it enables discussion around team-level implications of EI. The Group Report combines the EQ-i 2.0 scores of individuals in a manner that enables interpretation at the group or team level. This report provides the participants’ individual scores while maintaining their anonymity. An overview that identifies group strengths, as well as areas where the group can be more effective, is presented. Implications at an organizational level are examined and strategies for action that can further develop the group’s potential are recommended.

Leadership 360

This multi-rater report also helps you to view your scores through a leadership lens, as well as help you understand how others see you as a leader.

Workplace 360

This report is used to gain insight into an individual’s EQ 360 results, with in-depth analysis specific to a workplace context, enabling career and organizational development.
